The workflow limits in force for a project and what they measure now.
const { limits, counts } = await client.limits.get();
GET /limits answers the limits in force for the project: steps per run,
step output size, run state size, event size, events per send, run duration,
concurrent and queued runs, schedules, worker connections, history retention,
the stream’s look-back, how long a stream stays open and how often a stream
sends a keepalive (workflows.stream_keepalive_seconds: 15 by default, 0 to
300, 0 sends none).
counts is what four of them measure now:
